Assess and manage risk, following safeguarding, health and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes. Contribute positively to team meetings, handovers and the day-to-day running of the service. Maintain professional boundaries and uphold the organisation's Code of Conduct. About You We are looking for a compassionate and motivated individual who is passionate about supporting people to make positive changes in their lives. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build trusting relationships and a person-centred approach to support. You will be confident working independently as well as part of a team, with strong organisational and record-keeping skills. Ideally, you will have experience supporting vulnerable people or those with complex needs, and an understanding of how to promote independence and wellbeing. A qualification in Health & Social Care, Mental Health, Substance Misuse or Recovery Support would be advantageous, although not essential.
