The employer is recruiting three Prevention Administrators to join their Community Safety Prevention Admin Team, based in Hellaby, Rotherham (agile working available). Prevention Administrator x3 Location: Hellaby, Rotherham S66 (Hybrid working) Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week (Flexi Time) Contract: Permanent Salary: £25,949- £25,989 (Grade 3) *To increase subject to national pay award negotiations for 2026. In this important administrative role, you'll be at the heart of the service's prevention activity-supporting colleagues and partners so projects run smoothly and information is accurate, timely, and compliant. The key duties will include: Providing efficient day-to-day administrative support to help deliver prevention activities and events. Maintaining accurate records and data, handling information appropriately and in line with GDPR. Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Supporting team coordination by prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and keeping everyone informed. Helping embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) into the way the service works and communicates.
