About the role

Job Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics operations, including delivery scheduling and route planning. Arrange and monitor drivers' schedules, attendance, and daily assignments. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers and internal departments. Maintain accurate inventory, delivery, and transportation records. Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and warehouse personnel. Prepare delivery documentation and monitor shipment and delivery status. Forecast and monitor logistics and transportation costs to support budgeting and cost optimization. Coordinate order planning to ensure compliance with suppliers' Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels. Work closely with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to forecast demand and plan shipments efficiently. Resolve logistics, delivery, inventory, and transportation issues promptly and effectively. Monitor delivery performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations. Job Requirements Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or delivery operations is preferred. Knowledge of cargo handling, freight operations, customs clearance procedures, and shipping documentation. Experience in logistics cost forecasting, budgeting, and transportation cost analysis. Understanding of inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supplier Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) management. Good communication, coordination, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and ERP/logistics systems for planning and record-keeping. Strong problem-solving skills with a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with Singapore road networks and delivery operations is an added advantage.
