Responsibilities

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across G+A and Technical roles (Growth, Marketing, Finance, Data, Engineering, Product, Design, etc.)
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines through research, outreach campaigns, and ongoing candidate engagement

  • What you're great at:
  • Experience in sourcing or recruiting within a high-volume agency or in-house environment
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and use of platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Greenhouse, Metaview
  • Experience building and executing sourcing campaigns to engage passive talent
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messages
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
