About the role

Handle sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality at all times. Successfully manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Must be technologically savvy and interested in/knowledgeable on the latest AI/PM/Email tech to help the leadership team stay efficient Work from the Barcelona office at least 3 or more days a week, contributing to the team's culture and daily workflow. You Have 1-3 years of work experience. Corporate experience preferred. Ability to maintain and handle confidential information with superior judgment and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Zoom, and the Google Suite of products Ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously
