Masco Corporation is seeking a full-time Supply Chain Compliance Analyst, reporting to Director, Trade and Supply Chain Compliance. This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Livonia, MI, and operates as part of the Trade and Supply Chain Center of Compliance. The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst will ensure our customs and supply chain compliance solutions support the company's growth, risk mitigation, and compliance strategic objectives. The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst provides tactical and analytical support to facilitate the Trade and Supply Chain Compliances programs. The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst is expected to: Collaborate cross-functionally within Masco HQ, as well as across all Masco Business Units, to coordinate and facilitate companywide supply chain compliance programs, including trade compliance, responsible sourcing, conflict minerals, and Department of Transportation Assess consistency of compliance practices across all Business Units Coordinate and support assessments, testing, and periodic audits to guide actions needed to ensure and sustain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements Identify emerging regulations and trends in trade and other supply chain compliance areas Support Masco Legal with litigation matters pertaining trade and supply chain compliance
