The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP's regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Performance Management and Goals Management modules. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to clients. You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying the PMGM module for both new and existing clients across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations and support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) modules.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand business goals and translate them into system configurations aligned with SAP best practices.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and document functional specifications.
  • Configure performance forms, goal plans, route maps, calibration templates, and continuous performance management features.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and ensure successful data migration and go-live.
  • Train business users and provide post-go-live support and optimization.
  • Ensure alignment with Employee Central and other integrated modules (e.g., Learning, Compensation, Succession).
  • Stay current with SAP product updates and recommend improvements or innovations.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation and support.
  • Must be certified in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (latest release preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance form templates, goal alignment, calibration, and continuous performance management.
  • Experience in at least 2 full-cycle implementations of PMGM.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SuccessFactors integration touchpoints.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, resolve issues proactively, and deliver on time.
  • Team-oriented, positive attitude, and ready to adapt in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Exposure to other SAP SuccessFactors modules like EC, Learning, or Succession is an advantage.
  • Experience working with regional or global implementations and familiarity with BTP extensions or advanced analytics is a plus.
