About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY FINANICAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT of 20THNAVALCONSTRREG. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, organizing, supervising and directing the work of financial staff; both military and civilian. Experience assigning work to subordinates based on employees capabilities, priorities and difficulty. Experience developing performance standards and evaluating employee performance while providing technical and administrative oversight, advice and instruction. Experience carrying out budgetary and financial management responsibilities. Experience applying comprehensive, detailed knowledge and understanding of policies, precedents, goals, objectives, regulations, and guidelines of financial regulations. Experience applying intensive knowledge of administrative and financial management systems, identifying, analyzing and resolving a range of budgetary problems such as development of alternative methods of funding formulation of budget estimates for programs in which funding requirements have changed significantly. Experience defending the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities ensuring mission accomplishment, including presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities.
