Senior System Analyst, IT (BI)

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent, with 5 years minimally of relevant experience;
• Manufacturing experience and supply chain knowledge is preferred;
• Strong hands-on experience in designing data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations using AWS S3, Glu, Redshift, Lake Formation, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Power BI would be advangetous;
• Solid understanding of enterprise data architecture, data warehousing and data integration concepts as well as data governance and security would be advangetous;
• Experience in project activities
• Experience in ETL and data analysis by using Python such as pyspark, pandas, scipy, numpy would be advangetous;
• Experience in GenAI project execution will be advantageous;
• Basic understanding of SAP ERP modules will be advantageous.

We're looking to add a Senior System Analyst, IT (BI) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio. As a Senior System Analyst, IT (BI) , you will: In charge of managing and implementing end-to-end BI solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance using waterfall Project Management methodology for Group Wide stakeholders; Managing and implementing digital initiatives that emphasizes flexibility, collaboration and feedback using agile approach for Group Wide stakeholders; Understand and analyze users' business requirements and processes, study ROI, and recommend solutions proposals to management; Collaborate with BI and cross-functional team members on projects that can achieve the company's goals; Design and develop scalable, efficient, and optimized data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations for efficient delivery to Power BI; Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate Azure services and tools to meet business requirements and optimize solution performance; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members; Manage projects and support activities with team members; Make proposals that encompass, but are not limited to architecture diagrams, dataflow diagrams, system specifications, requirements, and user manuals for the organization; Supervise best practices and standards in BI solution development via code review; Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security with effective governance for sensitive information protection; Participate in evaluating emerging AI/ML technologies such as Generative AI through studies and proof of concepts.
