Job description: Job Summary: The primary purpose of this role is to maintain all aspects of the refractory lining installation on all ball mills in accordance with work instructions and quality standards. Job Responsibilities: - Maintain and install all refractory linings within the required specifications for all ball mills; - Troubleshoot and rectify any issues relating to the refractory linings; - Monitor the performance of the refractory linings and implement corrective measures as necessary; - Provide technical advice and guidance to other maintenance personnel regarding refractory materials; - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the refractory lining installation process; - Ensure compliance with safety regulations when working with hazardous materials such as refractory linings. Job Qualifications: - Technical knowledge of metallurgy and refractory materials; - Experience in the installation and maintenance of refractory linings in ball mills; - Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely and efficiently; - Strong problem-solving skills; - Excellent communication skills; - High level of physical fitness due to the strenuous nature of the duties involved.
