Manufacturing Supervisor

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and workplace safety practices.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or manufacturing systems is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Description Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved. Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Lead, train, and motivate production personnel to maintain high productivity and performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Allocate manpower and resources efficiently to meet production schedules. Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime. Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily or weekly production reports. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow. Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
