Responsibilities

  • Sales of Aareon products and services to existing customers in the housing industry (Upselling and Cross-Selling)
  • Development and implementation of a sustainable account plan to increase revenue and customer retention

  • Several years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in the IT or SaaS sector with a focus on the real estate industry
  • Strong knowledge of processes in the housing industry
  • Market expertise in the housing sector
  • High level of initiative, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
  • Passion for working with customers and developing long-term business relationships
  • Willingness to travel within the sales region
  • Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
