Starting Pay: $23.63 $23.63 per hour + uncapped commission + profit sharing Average monthly incentive potential: $800, with unlimited earning potential! As a Store Leader, you'll be responsible for: - Leading your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales , speed, and profit. - Coaching and motivating your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service . - Ensuring a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same. - Maintaining store operations , including inventory management , a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion's values.
