Responsibilities
- Define and implement world class education, engagement and retention campaigns for LinkedIn Ads customers, leveraging multiple digital channels

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Engagement, or related roles
- 7+ years of experience building and managing Marketing campaigns delivered via digital channels including email and LinkedIn Ads
- 3+ years of experience partnering with Sales and Sales Operations team to develop shared motions, messaging and metrics
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in the Ad Tech industry, with a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and customer engagement strategies
- Proven track record of building and managing customer lifecycle campaigns across scalable digital channels, including email and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with trigger-based campaign design, including audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and lifecycle automation
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, with a focus on experimentation and continuous optimization
- Passion for customer education and retention, with a creative mindset for delivering value at scale
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales and Sales Operations to align messaging, develop shared goals, and drive customer retention
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting strategy and performance insights to senior stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Sales
- High level of business acumen, with the ability to interpret strategic objectives and recommend cross-functional solutions that span multiple teams
