Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3-6 years' experience in insurance, bancassurance or banking
- Proven experience in sales, partnerships or business development
- Strong stakeholder management and communications kills
- Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions
- Results-oriented with strong execution discipline

The Retail Distribution Division is responsible for the growth of multiple channels including Bancassurance, Intermediaries, Direct channels, and Partnerships. It is also responsible for delivering service excellence for all UOI customers and increasing market awareness of UOI to achieve consumer trust and recognition. Job Purpose The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving general insurance growth through the bancassurance partnership with UOB.
