  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 13+ years of experience in networking or embedded systems development
  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams
  • Strong experience with Wi-Fi / wireless networking technologies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional development efforts

Requirements

  • Strong C programming on Linux/Embedded Systems
  • Embedded Linux exposure / Linux networking Stack
  • Networking protocols TCP/IP, VPN, NAT, Firewall Exposure
  • System diagnostics and packet analysis
  • Standards compliance (RFCs related to routing, DHCP, IP, ICMP)
  • Debugging encrypted traffic paths
  • Hands-on experience with Wi-Fi 6 / Wi-Fi 7 (802.11ax / 802.11be) access point development
  • Strong understanding of embedded Linux, wireless drivers, and networking protocols
  • Experience taking hardware products through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production
  • Familiarity with regulatory certifications (FCC, CE, IC)
  • Experience with cloud-managed wireless networking platforms
