Senior Project Manager / Project Manager - CRL 2

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project management, including detailed review and analysis of all project and contract documents.
• Report directly to the Executive Director, managing HODs and Project Managers to ensure timely completion of tasks, proper work allocation, and prioritisation aligned with customer needs.
• Provide strong leadership to strategically manage risks and ensure project phases start and finish on schedule.
• Monitor and control project budgets by assessing operational and financial risks.
• Develop and execute construction strategies, including guidelines for subcontractor/supplier selection and quotation analysis.
• Authorise construction planning, scheduling, subcontractor engagement, and management of major subcontract variations.
• Oversee progress, maintain high-quality standards, and regularly report on project performance and costs against company goals.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier performance and enforce compliance with standards and working methods.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience supervising major underground or PUB/LTA projects.
• Preferably experienced with DTSS, JEL, CRL, DTL, or TEL projects.
• Qualified Senior Project Managers must have LTA railway or TBM project references.
• Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by the Singapore PE Board.
