Responsibilities

• As a Lead Electrical Engineer - QLD Industrial based in Brisbane , you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
• Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with electrical works
• Lead technical design for projects and client portfolios
• Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects
• Manage, mentor and supervise other engineers
• Manage project progress, expenditure, and performance outcomes
• Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years experience in LV and HV electrical engineering with the proven ability to apply this technical knowledge to achieve project outcomes
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Oil and Gas projects
• Experience leading electrical teams with the ability to train, guide and support other engineers
• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies, standards, and specifications
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
