Job Summary Grady Health System is seeking a PRN / Pool Physical Therapist (PT) to support rehabilitation services by delivering high-quality, patient-centered therapy across inpatient and outpatient settings. This role is ideal for clinicians who value schedule flexibility while continuing to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and functional outcomes. The Physical Therapist practices within the professional scope defined by the Georgia Physical Therapy Act , collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility, restore function, and maximize patient independence. In this role, the Physical Therapist plans, implements, and evaluates therapeutic interventions for patients referred to the Physical Therapy Department at Grady. The therapist provides care for adult and geriatric patient populations , ensuring treatment plans are tailored to each patient's clinical needs, rehabilitation goals, and functional capabilities. As a PRN team member, the Physical Therapist provides flexible coverage based on departmental needs while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care.
