Specialized experience includes: Experience independently planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale training or employee development programs, including identifying training needs, establishing instructional objectives, and assessing program effectiveness; and Experience applying instructional design principles to develop training programs and materials, and providing expert guidance to management on training policies, procedures, and workforce development strategies; and Experience managing training-related programs or projects, including administering contracts or interagency agreements, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, and delivering briefings, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
