Responsibilities
- Follows Operating Discipline principles, procedures, and practices to ensure safe and efficient operation of assigned plant areas.
- Operates and controls process equipment. Monitors process conditions, equipment, and control systems following standard operating procedures.

- What you'll have:
- Experience in process or manufacturing environment or performing high hazard work advantageous but not essential.
- Highly safety orientated, with an ability to identify and communicate hazards related to operational activities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work within different work groups
- Must have sound computer skills as well as Microsoft office experience.
- The plant is semi-automated with a computer control system. Relevant experience with distributed control systems (DCS) and/or computing programming is highly regarded.
- Willing to work in rotating shift work environment (7 days a week)
