Position Summary : The Director Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for assisting in the organization, preparation, review and management of the annual operating budget. This role will be the lead finance partner for support services/functional and fundraising teams and will partner and interact with Direct Reports and other leaders in the organization to facilitate financial planning and perform a broad range of fiscal, budgetary, and financial analysis. The Director of FP&A will support the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Financial Analysis & Business Partnering in the consolidation, review and analysis of operating budgets and forecasts, as well as the monthly consolidation and analysis of total operating results. This role will also assist with incorporating new technologies, systems and processes and support the Vice President, Financial Analysis & Business Partnering with special projects. The Director FP&A will supervise a team of Finance analysts dedicated to supporting and partnering with support services and fundraising teams across the organization. The ideal candidate has a high degree of financial acumen, strong financial systems skills, extraordinary customer service skills, and is very well-organized. The position reports to the Vice President, Financial Analysis & Business Partnering. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. This position is classified as hybrid preferred. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee's choosing. Remote work within the United States may be considered only for candidates not within commuting distance of an Audubon office, in accordance with Audubon's "Where We Work" Policy.
