Responsibilities

  • Solution Consulting & Pitching: Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations of our CMS software and digital signage hardware to prospective corporate clients.
  • Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Meet with clients to understand their site infrastructure, technical limitations, and business goals to draft accurate project requirements.

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Network Security, Information Technology, Business & IT, or a related technical discipline. (Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business/sales are highly welcome!)
  • Technical Aptitude: * A quick learner who can grasp how hardware components (mini PCs, media players, displays) and software applications connect.
  • Basic understanding of IT networking concepts (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configurations) is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting to corporate decision-makers.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Resilience, high energy, and a customer-first mindset.
