Interior designer (Sales)

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Needs Analysis
• Connect with new clients to understand their lifestyle, functional requirements, and design aspirations.
• End-to-End Project Leadership
• Own the full design lifecycle-from concept development and space planning to producing detailed drawings, presentations, and material specifications.
• Project Coordination & Execution
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery from design development through to installation, always maintaining a seamless client experience.
• Accurate Cost Estimation
• Prepare precise project cost projections during the initial consultation to align client expectations with realistic budgets.
• On-Site Quality Assurance
• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, uphold design integrity, and ensure workmanship meets established quality standards.
• Timely Delivery & Handover
• Manage project schedules, stakeholder coordination, and final handover to deliver renovations on time and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
• Clear Communication
• Articulate design concepts persuasively through engaging presentations and discussions with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Adaptability & Detail Orientation
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of personal accountability.
