QMS Engineer (Quality Improvement & Quality System Support)

Responsibilities

• To lead the quality improvements through working with all relevant department and supplier on the Kaizen activities.
• To understand customer manufacturing quality requirement & align with the business agreement so as to work effectively with all suppliers to achieve KPI target for the line rejection.
• Perform analysis on internal defects and drive improvements from relevant departments to achieve quality KPI.
• To support Quality System Lead in ISO implementation for the company
• To collaborate with internal team and provide support to Quality System Lead in all certifications requirement for the products as stated by customer
• Requirement:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Manufacturing
• Ability to work with the customer, HQ / factory, Peers / Subordinate, and Superiors
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to handle customer complaint and work well with internal & external department to resolve quality issue
• Able to provide constructive solution / advice to the team
• Good knowledge in ISO management and customer audit
• Compliance with RBA standards
