About the role

Team Global Express is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager - Parcels to play a critical strategic role in shaping and delivering procurement value across our Parcels business. Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify and deliver procurement-led value creation and cost optimisation opportunities
  • Develop and execute category strategies across both direct and indirect spend areas
  • Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and complex commercial agreements to maximise value and manage risk
  • Play a key role in enterprise-wide cost-out programs, supporting cost-to-serve and efficiency initiatives
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment between procurement strategy and business objectives
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, value delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Work cross-functionally across parcels, freight, and operational teams to embed best-practice procurement approaches
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while delivering measurable outcomes
  • What You Bring
  • 10+ years' experience in procurement, with deep expertise in category management and sourcing
  • Experience across logistics, fleet, industrial, or manufacturing environments (parcels/logistics highly regarded)
  • Proven ability to identify and execute value creation and cost-out opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract management and supplier negotiation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and presentation skills, including exposure to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Solid grounding in procurement fundamentals, governance, and best practice processes
