General Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department & leadership team Perform administrative duties, including tracking invoices, arranging payments, and ensuring timely settlement of monthly office operating expenses Manage office documentation, filing systems (physical and digital) and record keeping. Support, monitor and replenish office supplies to prevent disruptions. Executive Support to GM Manage GM's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements (if required) Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and logistics Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions where required 3.
