Responsibilities

• Spatial & 3D Design
• Create 3D perspectives, layouts, and renderings for events, exhibitions, and installations.
• Translate concepts into visual presentations for client proposals .
• Prepare design drawings and spatial layouts for production.
• Visual & Graphic Design
• Develop key visuals, event branding, stage graphics, signage, and event collaterals .
• Design graphics for LED screens, presentations, and marketing materials .
• Ensure visual consistency across all event touchpoints.
• Video & Motion
• Support the creation of motion graphics and visual animations for event screens.
• Assist in editing event videos, highlight reels, and digital content .
• Contribute creative ideas for multimedia storytelling .
• Creative Development
• Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development .
• Collaborate with project managers, producers, and vendors.
• Stay updated with trends in experiential design, digital content, and immersive events .

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Multimedia, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field .
• Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D and 2D design capabilities .
• Proficiency in tools such as:
• SketchUp / Blender / 3ds Max / Rhino
• Enscape / V-Ray / Lumion / Twinmotion
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro (basic video editing or motion is a plus)
• Preferred Qualities
• Experience in events, exhibitions, or experiential design .
• Passion for visual storytelling and multimedia design .
• Strong sense of design, composition, and spatial thinking .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment .
