- Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L or revenue-generating products
- Deep understanding of modern product development approaches, including low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix)
- Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable, user-focused digital solutions
- Track record of leading transformation, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to influence across regions, functions, and seniority levels
