Responsibilities

  • Own the global digital product portfolio, including iCON, Quote & Book, and RMS (Rate Management System), with full accountability for performance, adoption, and return on investment

  • Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in digital product management within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and commercialising digital platforms at regional or global levels
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L or revenue-generating products
  • Deep understanding of modern product development approaches, including low-code platforms (e.g., Mendix)
  • Ability to translate complex operational processes into scalable, user-focused digital solutions
  • Track record of leading transformation, navigating ambiguity, and delivering results in complex environments
  • Strong stakeholder leadership with the ability to influence across regions, functions, and seniority levels
