Under the general direction of the Director of Support Services and the direct supervision of the Lead Security Receptionist: Provides friendly, competent and professional reception services in an efficient and timely manner to all patients, visitors and staff at the hospital lobbies. Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Job Type: Part Time, 30 hours every two weeks Shift Length: Week 1: Sun- 2:30p-9p, Mon/Fri- 2:30p-7:30p Week 2: Mon/Wed- 2:30p-7:30p, Sat- 2:30p-9p Weekend Frequency: Every other weekend Wage Range: $16.88- $23.64 Education Requirements: - High school diploma/GED or higher education - BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association Meet and Greet Greets and assists all patients, visitors and staff with way-finding, information and other requests in a friendly, capable and professional manner. Lobby Oversight Monitors hospital lobbies (including entryways and adjoining common space); promptly addresses and reports safety, security, housekeeping, customer service and other concerns that may negatively impact patients, visitors and staff. Workspace Cleanliness Maintains an efficient, professional workspace including: lobby desks, entryways and common spaces. Reception Communication Initiates and maintains communication with other reception positions; is liaison with on- duty Security Staff to communicate relevant information.
