Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution, and analysis for sports CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Marketing, and Analytics to develop, optimize, and scale lifecycle and retention programs using automation, segmentation, and personalization

  • What you have
  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Email, Lifecycle, or Retention Marketing
  • High proficiency and hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Simon Data) and multi-channel campaign execution (Email, Push, SMS)
  • Exceptional attention to detail that can catch even the most minor mistake
  • Experience with A/B testing and analyzing results to inform campaign decisions
  • Proactive self-starter with ownership mentality, that is always ideating more ways to be operationally efficient and scale marketing programs
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills

As an associate on the CRM marketing team, you'll play an instrumental role in how SeatGeek communicates with its customers and clients. You'll be experimenting with email, push, and SMS marketing programs of every flavor - lifecycle, triggered, periodic, ad-hoc, etc. You'll help project-manage and deploy our retention messaging strategy at every stage, including template design and markup, QA, segmentation and campaign configuration, as well as follow-up reporting and optimization.
