Supplier Quality Engineer

About the role

Responsibility: Monitor and improve supplier quality performance Handle supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions (8D / Root Cause Analysis) Support supplier audits, process validation, and quality improvement activities Review and approve supplier quality documents and material changes Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for new project development and safe launch activities Monitor incoming material quality and reduce customer complaints related to supplier issues Analyze defect trends and support continuous improvement initiatives Support supplier claim management and follow-up actions Ensure suppliers comply with company quality standards and customer requirements Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field Experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing (3-5 years welcome) Knowledge and experience in ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA 6.3 or related quality management system. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong coordination and communication skills Good command of English speaking and writing.
