Responsibilities
- ๐ง๐ผ Construction HR & Compliance (Core Function)
- Manage Work Permit / S Pass applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portal
- Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, WSH and foreign manpower regulations

- Maintain organized project filing system (hardcopy & digital)

- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Track sales enquiries and maintain CRM records
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors

- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in Construction HR / Project Administration
- Strong knowledge of MOM Work Permit & S Pass regulations
- Familiar with BCA construction compliance requirements
- Experience handling foreign worker matters in construction sector
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including payroll tracking)
- Able to work independently in SME construction environment
- Diploma / Degree in Business, HR, Construction Management or related field

- SGD $3,300 - $4,800 per month (commensurate with experience)

Requirements
- โ Diploma/ Nitec in Business Admin, HR or related field
- โ 1+ year HR/Admin experience
- โ Basic knowledge of HR Practices
- โ Familiarity with HR/ Accounting software (Xero) will be at advantage

Admin & HR As (Full time / Part Time / Flexi Hours) ๐ Location: Serangoon North ๐ Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10.30am - 3.30pm ๐ฐ Salary: $14 -19/hr
