About the role

As Senior Accountant you will: Support finance operations in preparation and review balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries of people cost accrual accounts. Monitor and follow up on reconciling items, escalating issues as appropriate. Perform month-end close responsibilities for people cost accounts with a good understanding of the close process and financial reporting. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders through regular communication. Assist in monthly financial reporting and prepare account analyses as needed. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to ongoing operational efficiency. Provide guidance and training to team members as needed. About you: To be considered for the role of Senior Accountant you will have: At least 3 years of professional accounting experience. Knowledge of general accounting principles and procedures. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Strong English communication skills. Certifications / Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification. For Poland, the base compensation range for this role is 84,000 PLN - 156,000 PLN. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
