Responsibilities
- Design and execute innovative physician recruitment campaigns across digital (online, email, social media) and traditional (direct mail) channels.
- Conduct ongoing market research and proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges within physician recruitment.
- Refresh and optimize job ad copy and messaging across all recruitment platforms; continually research and introduce new resources and channels.
- Drive brand messaging and advertising initiatives on the company website; monitor and coordinate regular content updates.
- Organize and lead video production at physician retreats and events to generate compelling recruitment content.
- Manage day-to-day social media presence - crafting daily posts that support recruitment goals and reinforce brand identity.
- Collaborate with external marketing agencies to execute company-wide marketing objectives.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table and take initiative to improve recruitment marketing strategies continuously.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign strategy and execution.
- Healthcare and/or physician recruiting marketing experience is required.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing campaigns (portfolio required).
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and other paid advertising platforms.
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you write with clarity and creativity.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset - you use data to make decisions and measure success.
