About the role

Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the company's social media and digital growth strategy to bring a strong commercial and growth mindset to social media marketing by driving customer acquisition, supporting business expansion beyond Singapore, and contributing to the company's future market development in Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing the company's online presence, audience engagement, follower base, brand visibility and inbound lead generation. This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day content creation, community management, campaign execution, performance analysis and reporting. Key Scope: Develop and implement social media and growth marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage the company's presence across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, website/blog and other approved channels. Plan and maintain a rolling content calendar covering social media, professional and B2B content. Create, edit, publish and schedule engaging content, including short-form videos, reels, graphics and written posts. Monitor comments, direct messages and online enquiries, and respond or escalate them promptly. Build and engage online communities through outreach, conversations, partnerships and creator engagement. Identify and escalate potential customer, business, partnership and high-intent user leads. Plan and execute structured social media and digital marketing campaigns. Conduct regular growth experiments involving content formats, messaging, posting schedules, audience targeting, advertising creatives, landing pages and calls to action. Monitor campaign links, forms, landing pages and tracking systems to ensure accuracy. Track brand mentions, customer feedback, complaints and potential reputational risks. Record and manage social media-generated leads accurately within the company's CRM or tracking system. Analyse content and campaign performance, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth and lead generation. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations for improvement. Job Requirements Degree in Marketing or Business related discipline. 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, content marketing or growth marketing. Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required, as the role is required to support the company's future market expansion and customer engagement initiatives in Indonesia. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple social media platforms and grow audience engagement. Hands-on experience creating written, visual and short-form video content. Strong copywriting, editing, communication and community-management skills. Familiarity with social media analytics, performance reporting, CRM systems and campaign-tracking tools. Able to interpret performance data and recommend practical improvements. Highly organised, responsive and capable of managing multiple deadlines. Results-oriented and comfortable working towards measurable content, engagement and lead-generation targets.
