HR Generalist (all genders) Your responsibilities and opportunities: Close collaboration and alignment within a regional HR team Support in the development and implementation of our global HR strategy across recruitment, employee development, organizational structure, and compensation & benefits End-to-end support for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle for a defined population Guidance and support to managers on all HR-related topics HR administration (including preparation and amendment of employment contracts, handling individual HR measures, system administration, and data maintenance) Planning and coordination of training activities in cooperation with relevant departments Recruitment of blue- and white-collar employees for the assigned area Preparation of analyses, reports, and statistics Trusted collaboration with the local works council Participation in various HR projects and support for HR-related audits Support to the HR Line Manager Why Sonoco? Your profile Degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor and social security law Reliable, independent, and self-driven working style Empathetic and confident personality, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset Strong MS Office skills, fluent German and very good English (written and spoken) Basic experience with HR systems, ideally Workday Experience working with works councils is a plus Ready for this exciting challenge?
