- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director
- At least 2 years of experience leading creative teams or projects in an agency or in house brand environment

- 1+ year of copywriting experience
- Experience in digital design software (such as Figma, Adobe XD)
- Experience in storyboarding, motion graphics or video production
- Experience with premarket and in market testing tools (such as Usertesting.com or Zappi)
- Experiencing leveraging GAI solutions for creative development, scale and optimization

- McLean, VA: $120,800 - $137,900 for Principal Associate, Art Director
- New York, NY: $131,800 - $150,500 for Principal Associate, Art Director
- Richmond, VA: $109,900 - $125,400 for Principal Associate, Art Director
- Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
- This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
