Make instant, accountable, independent decisions that directly impact daily revenue based on statistical analysis. Generating analytical statistics and reporting for executives on a timely basis. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Occupancy and ADR daily for both short-term and long-term to maximize enterprise profitability; identify distressed periods and initiate contingency plans.
