Responsibilities

  • Bilingual candidates preferred and if fluent in a needed language may be eligible for a 6% salary increase

Eliot's Early Intervention Program supports children from birth to three years of age with developmental delays or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers. As a Development Specialist, you will participate in screenings, assessments, office and home visits, child and parent groups, while providing service coordination and consultation on clinical and developmental matters for families.
