Senior ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

• 🔹 ServiceNow Development
• Design and develop Service Catalog items , workflows, flows, and UI policies
• Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem) and CSM modules
• Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance
• 🔹 Catalog & Workflow Expertise
• Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
• Configure approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules
• 🔹 Integration & Data Handling
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs
• Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation
• 🔹 Platform Customization
• Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts
• Customize Portals / UI Builder components
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• 🔹 Collaboration & Delivery
• Work with cross-functional teams
• Participate in design discussions and solution reviews
• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production fixes
• Required Skills & Competencies
• Core Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• Service Catalog development
• ITSM and CSM modules
• Solid scripting skills:
• JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
• Glide APIs
• Experience in:
• Flow Designer
• REST API integrations
• Platform Knowledge
• Good understanding of:
• Role-based access & entitlements
• ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization
• Certifications (Mandatory)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• At least one of:
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist
• Good to Have
• Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)
• Experience in automation-first design approaches
• Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred
• Shift Timings: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Catalog Development, ITSM, and CSM modules , along with integration expertise . The ideal candidate should be capable of designing scalable solutions, working across modules, and supporting enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations. Experience in automation and CMDB-driven design patterns is highly valued, especially in environments involving phased transformations and multi-client support.
