Responsibilities

  • Partner with the MVP, Sales Communications to deploy global sales communications plans/programs that support Gartner's business priorities, change initiatives and culture efforts.
  • Collaborate with a global team to ensure communication programs are delivered effectively across all three sales-related business units.
  • Contribute to high-impact communications including newsletters, roundtables, executive scripts, town halls, intranet content, leadership meetings, videos, and organizational announcements.

  • Proactively assess the effectiveness of communications channels using data and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation in communications strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the India Center of Excellence and other global teams on key deliverables, ensuring excellence in design, project management and multimedia content.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' communications experience in a corporate environment, with a proven ability to lead strategic communications programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and supporting complex change management and engagement initiatives.
  • Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling, and actionable communications.
  • Experience with crisis communications
  • Proven ability to build and sustain trusted relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience leveraging data to optimize communications effectiveness.
  • Creative problem-solver with a track record of innovation, execution and customer service.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative communicator who fosters teamwork and cross-functional alignment.
  • Confident, credible, and committed to delivering results with exceptional service.
  • Champion of associate experience, continuous improvement and best practices.
