JOB DESCRIPTION The Senior HR People Data & Analytics specialist is responsible for delivering HR reporting and analytics services within Shared Business Services (SBS), ensuring high-quality insights, data consistency, and stakeholder support. The role acts as a key interface between SBS and HR stakeholders, translating data into meaningful outputs while ensuring data governance and reporting standards. Main Responsibilities: Reporting & Analytics Delivery Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs. Translate business requirements into reporting solutions. Ensure consistency and quality of reporting outputs. Data Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Support HR and business stakeholders with data-driven decision-making. Provide interpretation of data where required. Stakeholder Management Act as a key point of contact for HR stakeholders and Center of Exellence (CoE) teams for reporting and analytics needs. Gather requirements and ensure alignment on reporting outputs. Data Governance and Quality Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across systems. Define and maintain data definitions and reporting standards. Support data governance initiatives. Process & Cycle Support Support data and reporting activities for key HR processes (e.g. Annual Pay, Talent cycles). Ensure timely and accurate reporting during critical cycles. Continuous Improvement & Automation Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation. Support implementation of reporting tools and automation solutions. Drive standardization of reporting practices.
