Local Responsibilities: - Responsible for planning and driving direction, execution for the local marketing function including ATL advertising, BTL promotions, media plan, social media and influencer marketing. - Work with external agency on the creation and development of various branding and promotional assets, from print to stores, to web. - Work with regional team on POSM, video and products asset for local executional. - Work closely with Sales team to support local activities, roadshow & in store activities. - Manage budget and track KPI, ROI against marketing campaigns / spending. - Ensure and track retail display excellence. - Respond to customers queries and comments on social media, marketing email and any other channels. - Support entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Conduct monthly market visits to monitor competitor activities, share best practices and recommend action plans to the team. - Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
