About the role

Join a rewarding opportunity to optimize revenue recognition and bank reconciliation by automating month-end close processes.   • You'll help ensure timely , accurate practice-level revenue reporting and reconciliations, and provide insights on variances and in-transit items.

  • Complete daily, monthly, and annual bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies between bank statements and the general ledger.
  • Track and report outstanding reconciling items, including in-transit activity, until resolved.
  • Execute the monthly revenue close for your assigned dental practices as part of the month-end close process.
  • Post revenue transactions in NetSuite and review activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare revenue and variance analysis, and deliver timely reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Support month-end/year-end close, audits, and documentation requests in line with internal policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • College or Bachelor Degree in Finance , Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years experience in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably with a focus on revenue analysis and bank reconciliations.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, revenue recognition standards, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is desirable.
  • About Dentalcorp
  • The salary range for this position is $60,000 CAD to $ 75,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
  • This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
