MasterBrand Cabinets is hiring Production Associates to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided for our positions. The Machine Operator is responsible for safely setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery in a manufacturing environment while meeting production schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements. This position requires flexibility to operate different machines and perform other production-related duties based on business needs. YOUR ROLE: You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where adaptability and quick thinking are key. Prioritize safety as a fundamental aspect of your role, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team. Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines as required. Monitor machine operation to ensure proper performance, quality output, and adherence to production schedules. Make basic machine adjustments and notify supervision or maintenance of equipment malfunctions or concerns. Inspect finished products and materials to ensure quality standards are met. Read measurements, work orders, production schedules, and perform basic calculations as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and business needs. Learn and grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment while demonstrating a proactive attitude toward mastering new processes and enhancing efficiency.
