The Role & What You Will Be Doing The Market HR Operations Specialist - EMEA is responsible for overseeing employee life cycle activities across the EMEA region. Acts as first point of contact for employees and internal and external stakeholders regarding any HR related queries. Works closely with cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end life-cycle processes. Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Market HR Operations Specialist- EMEA role will make an impact: Provide guidance and support as an escalation point for managers and employees on any employee life‑cycle event. Partner and collaborate with HRBPs on all HR processes. Establish and maintain governance between Market HR Operations and other HR functions to ensure effective cooperation and clear roles and responsibilities across the HR community. Act as a bridge between HR and Payroll, ensuring all required data is accurate and up to date to support smooth payroll processing. Manage leave‑related documentation and administration. Contribute to the continuous improvement of local HR processes and policies. Provide administrative and operational support to internal and external HR stakeholders, covering contract paperwork, renewals, invoice handling, benefit‑vendor coordination, benefit administration, and similar routine support activities. Coordinate in‑country HR communications to strengthen organizational engagement and understanding of HR processes across all communication channels. Coordinate local apprenticeship programs, employee engagement initiatives, and training activities such as workshops and seminars to support employee development. Oversee HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations by liaising with HRSC to keep Workday data up to date. Provide administrative support for compliance processes by monitoring local employment‑law requirements and handling the related interactions with governmental offices (visa, work permit, registration, etc.) strictly from an administrative standpoint. Support the global performance cycle and prepare required documentation and reporting. Provide operational support for HR reporting by preparing, updating, and organizing metrics and dashboards developed and owned by the global team. Oversee onboarding, induction, and offboarding processes, ensuring all related documentation is complete and compliant. Partner with cross-functional teams within People Solutions to drive HR-related initiatives and projects to completion. Lead and support People Solutions integration projects. About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Advanced Russian and English skills (written and verbal) Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Relations Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or another related field 3+ years relevant full life cycle HR experience Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws in the region Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
