About the role
As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in building a high-performing, people-first organization by designing and delivering learning experiences that develop our employee-owners and strengthen the business. Partner with Leaders and Subject Matter Experts Collaborate across the organization to identify learning needs and translate them into effective, scalable development solutions aligned with business goals. Manage Learning Systems and Programs Administer learning platforms, vendor partnerships, and training systems-ensuring seamless delivery, access, reporting, and continuous improvement. Drive Program Effectiveness and Improvement Evaluate training outcomes, measure effectiveness, and continuously refine programs to improve engagement, knowledge retention, and performance impact. Coordinate and Support Learning Delivery Manage logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, and facilitation support to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives. Support Organizational Development Initiatives Contribute to key HR initiatives, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and building a strengths-based culture. Create and Promote Development Opportunities Develop internal communications, training calendars, and learning resources that increase awareness and participation across the firm. Support Companywide Learning Events Serve as a program manager or co-lead for firmwide events-helping align content, coordinate speakers, and deliver high-impact experiences.
