Executive Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Consultant - Recruitment Solutions Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and hiring objectives.
• Design and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality talent across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor mapping to support targeted recruitment strategies.
• Develop detailed role profiles and candidate personas aligned to hiring requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, referrals, databases, and digital platforms.
• Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine hiring strategies and address evolving talent needs.
• Support the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
