- Lead technical design sessions and identify gaps between current-state and future-state solutions
- Design and support scalable solutions for customer success, support operations, renewals, customer health, account management, and related post-sales workflows
- Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices, and drive proof-of-concepts where appropriate
- Mentor engineers across the team and foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence
